Claudia Acuña, vocalist

A “fiery chanteuse” whose music is “intoxicatingly beautiful” (Jazz Times), Chilean-born vocalist Claudia Acuña made her mark on the jazz world in Santiago before coming to the U.S. in her early 20s. She has since recorded three acclaimed albums: Word from the South (2000), To My Country (2003), and Luna (2004).
